You are not alone on this path- my deepest commitment is to walk beside you with one-on-one sessions. Together we will find clarity in the chaos and create a step -by-step plan to guide you out of the pain and help you rebuild self- confidence, so that you start to believe in yourself again. in this session I truly listen to your story and what you need and want.

You and your children are held in true care and understanding every step of the way. My passion is to empower you to give your kids the love, attention, and confidence they need so they know that they are cherished and safe- even when life is uncertain. With kindness and steady guidance, I recommend a bundle of three sessions- together, we’ll look at your situation and discover the best way to support your children, nurturing their sense of security and happiness, no matter how your family is changing.
With many years of professional experience, I support both parents as they work together through the always challenging process of building a new family situation after separation. My true focus is helping you find commitments that serve your child’s deepest emotions and needs - so your kids feel loved, seen, secure, and truly cared for, even during times of change. I guide you step by step to create agreements rooted in what is best for your children, making sure their well-being remains at the center of every decision. As parents, it’s your shared responsibility to adapt to these changes, and I am here to support you throughout the entire process. In my experience, this process can sometimes take around ten sessions. The results you achieved can also be used as template for court settlements.

My Name is Yvonne Lingner, and my deepest calling is to stand beside woman as they navigate life’s most difficult chapters- and rediscover the light in themselves.
I am a social worker with over a decade of experience helping women and families through heartbreak, change, and new beginnings. My own journey and years in this work have taught me the power of compassion, trust, and hope- even in the toughest moments.
Everything I do is rooted in the unwavering belief that every woman con reclaim her confidence, rebuild her world, and shine again.
I am here to support you as you step into your best self, care for those you love most, and build your future- one trusting, courageous step at a time.
